Tickets are non-refundable. IDs must be present at the time of check-in. Some events may require usernames tied to their own accounts, such as Bandai. Please have your username ready when signing up for your events, if applicable.
IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION
These are EVENT TICKETS, not a product purchase.
-Limit 1 ticket per participant.
-Each ticket must be used by a different individual player who checks in and registers for the event.
-Purchasing additional tickets through multiple accounts, names, or separate orders will NOT provide additional Prerelease Kits to the same participant.
-Participants must make a good-faith attempt to play at least 1 round to be eligible for event prizes.
-Tickets are nonrefundable.
-Each registered participant will receive only the product and prizes they are eligible for through participation in the event.
